[arfnet-discussion] Thoughts on the new mailing list?

Hello,

This is the first discussion post. You may discuss they new mailing list 
software see how it goes.

Also I'm planning on making a PHP script to publish announcements on 
announce@xxxxxxxxx as well as in the discord #updates via a webhook, 
maybe notifications on the chat channels and on the NNTP server too. 
Maybe I could even automate it in the phpBB forum.
